Mr. Terry Dean, an avid golfer, originally sought a practice facility to be built on the 6 acre overgrown apple orchard in his back yard.  A concept from Topp Shape's own Tom Topp delivered him a 4 green, 9 hole routing with multiple tees.  Deemed "The Ultimate Backyard" by Golf Digest, Mr. Dean now boasts a 9 hole course with two lakes and a clubhouse.
