This picturesque short game area is another collaboration with Drs. Michael and Chris Hurdzan.  The locale of the short game area was the old lower driving range, which proved to be a maintenance nightmare for decades due to the reality that it was bad land that didn't drain, even earning the nickname "Lake Louise".  The project accomplished two things: it created a drainage system with three detention basins while providing NCR member's an aesthetically stunning, usable property to practice every conceivable shot on a golf hole.

I have been fortunate to work with Topp Shape on numerous golf related projects over the last 16 years. Their skill sets range from land clearing to restore golf course views and agronomics, the regrassing of green surfaces, tee complex construction, bunker restorations to the development of a six acre, state of the art short game practice facility. Topp Shape has implemented the plans of many of today’s top golf course architects. Their ability and vision allows paper plans to become sound, classic golf features.
